Serious defects of ENVISION

GM and SGM adopt separate control arm bushing structure for the front suspension of ENVISION!This structure is actually a separate design for the connecting parts of the control arm bushing.Other manufacturers are integrated control arm bushing connectors!Due to the instability of the detached control arm bushing connector, the control arm is easily deformed and the control arm falls off the frame. Please see the picture of attach files!

Not good, maybe it was a good thing that all this time I have been sitting on the sidelines. Maybe this is the reason I need to buy a Pacifica.

Thanks for the heads up!
Shame GM went this route because the Envision is a great vehicle if not for these problems. It's fine if you intend to lease as it's not your problem when things get worn down to that point, but outright ownership may require long term warranty coverage.
Hope they address this problem.

Do you know if this has been reported to the NTHSA?
