I've changed oil twice and price no oil consumption on a 2016 Prem 2.0T.

I have 2018 2.0T and have not noticed any oil usage. I currently have about 10,200 miles, almost 8 months old, and have changed the oil 3 times already. I generally change it every 3,500 - 4,000 miles. However, it is all relative. If you look on the internet there is a lot of information on new car oil consumption with some burning a quart in as little as 800 miles. It seems new vehicle manufacturers generally consider a quart in 1,500-2,000, and even less in some cases, miles as 'normal'. This was never the case in times past. It also depends on how you drive the vehicle. Hard driving will burn more. I generally do not drive the car hard and try to stay on the highway at 70 but no greater than 75. I am assuming you are still under the 4-year warranty and would recommend that you get it on record with the dealer. If it persists or gets worse you will have started a history that will be harder to dispute if you do in fact have an issue that will need warranty work in the future.
