[Recall] 2016-2017 Buick Envision

Buck Envisions that were manufactured between February 4,2016 to April 25,2016 are mentioned in this recall for "inaccurate tire and loading information labels"

Found this on the gmauthority site this morning. Doesn't seem like anything too much, but if you're someone that follows those labels directly, you may want to check it out and see if you're part of it.
Quote:
The defect: the Tire and Loading Information label may display the incorrect maximum weight information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.”
The hazards: incorrect weight information may cause an owner to overload the vehicle. Overloading may reduce vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Affected vehicles: 2016-2017 Buick Envision manufactured February 4, 2016 to April 25, 2016.
Number of vehicles affected: 4,558 (United States figure)
The fix: GM will notify owners and dealers will install a corrected label as necessary, free of charge.
Owners should:
customers looking to find out if their vehicle is included in this Buick Envision recall should visit recalls.gm.com. There, owners will be able to enter their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to see any open recalls as well as customer satisfaction programs. If the vehicle is part of the recall, customers should take it to a Buick dealer.

That doesn't seem to bad and all they have to do is stick on a new label. I assume you'd know when you've overloaded a car, they just feel different.

Yea it really doesn't seem like anything crazy. There was another vehicle where they had a sticker that said load has been reduced by 8lbs. Really ?! I'm sure people are conscious of these things as it is

that's when you know you've gone over by too much since by then it's too much tension on the vehicle, you shouldn't have to feel much resistance, but of course that feel and how someone interprets it varies, for that reason number are needed when talking about it over a platform like this.

Well if you overloaded it to the point you can feel a difference then you've gone over by way too much.

I've only ever done that once a long time ago with a Toyota. I knew it was overloaded when I tried to accelerate and felt the car struggle. Shouldn't have the same problem with the Envision and it has more power for hauling more in the trunk.

I mean, this isn't a tow truck or an old Tahoe. Not really something I would try to fill to the brim with heavy things lol
