Glad you were able to get it straightened out.
Something else, is that the doors have to already be locked, before you hit the lock button and then the remote start button, at least with the bypass installed.
I was experimenting last night with it after reading your post, and that is also something I discovered. I don't know how, or recall, whether that would be an issue with out the bypass. But in any event, if the doors are not locked, you can't lock the doors and then start the car. In other words the doors have to be locked already, then 20 minutes has to pass,then you hit the lock button once and then press and hold the start button with the bypass. Might be the same without the bypass (Except for the 20 minute wait), I don't know. Sounds confusing but it will be second nature very soon. For anyone thinking about getting this bypass, trust me, it really is not as confusing as it sounds. Just seems like JT and I have found ways to mess up the sequence - We must be talented!
