2020 Envision Essence

- the backup camera appears to be very fuzzy and almost useless at night. Took it in to dealer and they said could find nothing wrong, so must be OK. Only two weeks left on warranty and dealer has no 2020's to compare to. What do we think ??

Yes- have cleaned the lens. During the day it looks better ......... see new photo....... but still not anywhere as good as

other vehicles we have owned.

Is this a new phenomena or has it always been this way? Some backup cameras don't have very good resolution.

Wife's car - she really hasn't paid much attention to it - I drove it and noticed how crappy it was. So- maybe been that way all along ?? Anyone out there with an Envision to help me compare ?

I have a '21 so most likely not a fair comparison. My '21 is very clear day or night.

OK- thanks for your help - maybe someone with a 2020 can chime in here and provide a picture. I live in a small town and the chance of finding a used 2020 on a lot is some where close to zero.

I have a 2020 Envision -- never had such a problem.
