2021 Avenir CarPlay Issues

Picked up the last 2021 Envision Avenir within 200 miles last night. Having issues with CarPlay not connecting. Of course it connected fine at the dealership. Our phones connect fine to our 2021 Suburban so not our phones. We’ve reset to factory settings. Phone connects fine to Bluetooth. CarPlay connects for 2 seconds and then starts spinning saying check phone for messages and then says retry. Won’t even connect with the cable. Any suggestions? We have a dealership nearby but hoping it’s just some setting.

Have you tried deleting your Suburban from your phone and then try adding your Envision?
