Don't know if you figured out the ambient light behaviour but just in case, in the envision ST 2025, the ambient light will only activate the choices of colors when the car is turned on.

 

I have no problem getting to the color choices. What I was referring to was that when selecting colors, the display shows many colors, many of them display the same in the vehicle. Many display as a color totally different than the one selected.

 

I see. I just tried selecting sub colors from the main color and indeed it does change. My guess it must be a software issue, maybe do a reset of settings, or maybe you missed a software upgrade. I do confirm that on mine that sub colors do change according to selection. Good luck!

 

My colors change, but many don’t display as the color selected, as in the photo in my previous post. Our car was in for service on another issue and I asked them to look into both the ambient lights and the HUD. The service tech acknowledged the issue. When we picked up our car the tech said it was software related and they took care of it. It wasn’t, that’s when I posted my first post. Wanted to see if anyone else noticed the same thing. And yes, it’s had all the software updates.
