I replaced the stock back up bulbs with brighter LED's on my 2020 Envision. Now my rear camera is on all the time. Can't see any thing on my infotainment system, just the road behind me while I'm driving. Lights work great though! I did tap the screen and accidentally called someone, so the functionality is there but I can't see it. Can't turn radio on either. Any ideas?

Sure, go back to the original bulbs.
