On my 2019, the Beige seats are not quick to dirty. I will note, I take precautions to keep them clean(I will put a towel down for all passengers if we're coming back from the lake).
On my car the beige arm rest does get a little tucked up, from time to time.
Some (probably Controversial) tricks I picked up as a detailer at a Chevy Dealer: Windex and paper towel, and a damp towel can do 90% of the cleaning of a 'specialized cleaning solution', when done removing oil and grease from normal use.
I've cleaned my the door-armrest and the ctr console armrest once per 6 months. How? No secret: damp rag with some rubbing. If it not coming off with the damp towel, I use (non-ammonia) Windex, and a paper towel. Whatever I clean, I usually do a once over with Windex to remove water spots from the shiny parts (faux wood, screen, faux silver).
