Blank Screen, Radio Locked

Has anyone had this happen? Blank screen, last radio station continues to play, all radio controls inoperable. Couldn’t shut off or turn volume down. Left car parked overnight. Same problem next morning. Car at dealer now. They gave me loaner car.

I've seen a nav problem on this forum, but not the radio being stuck on one channel and volume.

I know this issue came up years ago in different GM models, and it was fixed with a software update. Hopefully that's all that's required to address the problem. Were you lucky enough to leave the radio on a good station aha?
