Buick Envision Steering Wheel Airbag Installation

Hi everyone, recently decided I like the reviews on the envision so I bought a lightly wrecked 2017…. Everything is great except I can’t figure out how to install the new steering wheel airbag. Normal cars it would just snap in but not having any luck with this one. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated, this is one of the last things I need to do before taking it for the first drive!
