My 21 Avenir came with charcoal carpeted floor mats. Immediately driver mat started wearing out where my heel rested on it. After two months it looked so bad I decided to replace the front mats with the GM rubber ones. Has anyone else had this problem?

Just wanted to say I have been using the same floor mats (though they're not charcoal, they're gray/beige) and have not had any issues. I do have rubber mats fro winter which I will switch to shortly, but the carpeted floor mats are still in good condition. I've had the car 9-10 months now.

they were not covered under your warranty? I negotiated the rubber ones with my purchase but I still feel the dealership/Buick should not have charged you.

My 400 mile new 2023 Avenir carpeted mats are showing signs of wear in just 5 outings, so this is a near $50K car with these issues?.....and how about the "carpet" on the entire tub flooring?, it looks and feels like felt paper, not happy with this so called "quality" GM & Buick
