The compass indicator (N, S, E, W, etc.) showing on the dash is very faint - hard to see - compared to the other lit indicators - why?
What is the purpose of the vent on the top of the dash and why would you turn it off?

Hello wjhgolf!

I checked this on my car. The compass direction in the info screen as well as the remaining mileage is in a grey (lighter) font as compared to other information like you said. I tried adjusting with the dim control and it only made it brighter along with the other text and icons. Not sure why the interior designers of the infotainment system chose this unless they decided that information was a lower priority than say speed, odometer, or the other readings.

The purpose of the vent at the top of the dashboard is that it shares the air coming out of the two vents under the infotainment screen by the hazard flasher button. If you want air on your face, you can roll it towards 1 (when these two lower vents have air flow). If you want the two smaller vents at bottom to have full blast air, set it to 0. (y)
