My 2016 Buick Envision was sitting in a body repair shop for 17 days, When I collected it the neither fob would start the car, the car doesn't give the flashing light confirmation. I quickly checked the OnStar and Buick app, I could start the car without fail.


If anyone else has experienced this and can offer a solution, it would be appreciated.

I came acrossed a used 2016 Envision for sale that was a buy back because of no-start. There must be a software glitch if the fob is not recognized but onstar can start it.

It stopped working after your dealership finished working on it? Best to bring it back in and complain, seems like they messed up.
