I do not have this issue, however since it is a '17 have you tried to update the software, it is supposed to auto update?
Hide Radio Presets
I have a 17 Envision with Navigation. If you swipe your finger from the bottom of the touchscreen upwards, you pull up the hidden radio station preset buttons. Now, if you swipe that preset screen downwards, it is supposed to push those preset buttons back off of the screen.
The preset buttons on my Nav unit don't always go back down to the hidden position. Right now, there has been one row of presets that I have not been able to swipe down for almost a week now.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have this problem, but I own an 18 and if I push the navigation button the top the buttons disappear for the radio presets.I have a 17 Envision with Navigation.
