Noise at startup -- 2022 Buick Envision Essence

Hi All, Is anyone experience noise at startup when the vehicle is cold-- it sounds like something is running in/around the climate control panel. It doesn't sound like a a cold belt in the engine-- it sounds more machine like? It goes away once the engine is warmed up. I thought it might have to do with the heated seats retrofit, but I am not sure.
