Well today the techs checked everything they could think of.The local Buick Service manager called and told me to bring in on Wednesday.
My son is the service manager for a Buck/GMC dealer in the Minneapolis area. I don't live their so not my dealer.
He had never seen or heard this happening either.
He will check with his techs and GM spec sheets about this.
I bet it is something as simple as disconnecting the negative battery cable!
More to come.
Interesting... My 2018 Envision has developed a subtle clunking in the suspension, I think from the front passenger side. I took it in about 6 months ago and they couldn't find anything, but I think it's gotten a bit worse and I'm planning to take it in again before the 4-yr warranty expires. Can you describe the location of the loose bolt you had?Well all turned out ok. The front clunking was caused by a loose facia bolt!

I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen to me.After the second dealer checked out my noise concerns they could not find anything wrong.
Said they checked all the strut mounts, engines mounts, ball joints, and suspension throughout.
No idea what could be causing the noise it seems only I can hear.
