Being a GM made Car, you can take it to any GM ( Cadlilac, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC ) to have them repair it. Same engine as Cadillac XT4
QUIT!!
So there we were driving down the road at 45mph and our 21 Envision just quit!! Able to get off the road. Would not restart. Turned over but no fire!! Shut everything off and waited about 10 min. WALLA!...it started and got to dealer. Check engine light was on and P129F fault. They claim Fuel Pump module bad. Guess what!!!?? BACKORDERED!! This situation has gotten ridiculous. Numerous GM vehicles use this same part. OH....we have 2 Envisions...this 21 and a 22. Hope this isn't a trend!!

SOOOOO...the part is back ordered. Contacted Buick Customer Service and they will not escalate a parts issue until 14 days have passed. What a bunch of crap!! They creates a problem by having no parts and then the customer has to wait 14 days before they will do ANYTHING. Incompetence has run amok!!
