Have you contacted your dealer and asked about the issue? They don't always contact you, sometimes you need to contact them.

YEs many times and told - NO CHIPS AVAILABLE AND THE BUICK WILL CONTACT ME WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I bought my Envision in the beginning of March, received my chip for the heated seats near the end of March, so it didn't take long. So hopefully yours will be here soon, did you check in the vehicle for any recalls? Your chips will be part of one. I'm just waiting for my second key fob which should be here any day and the chip for the rear park assist, no idea when it will come.

I got the notice that parts were ready by checking the Buick Owner Center Site. (See info link below).
I Texted my my salesman on 3/15/2023, 3/16/2023, 3/23/2023, and 3/27/2023.
Finally stopped by the dealership on Tuesday 3/28/2023. Guess what? Still not ordered.
Supposed to be in on 4/4/2023 - 4 months after I bought the car. 🚙

Go to Buick.com, click on "support", then click on "recalls", then enter your Vin#....my Recall for my 2023 Envision Avenir came right up for the Chips, called my dealer, and they ordered them, will be in next week...

Our 2022 Avenir purchased in Aug2022 just got the chips installed today - nearly 8 months later!!! And we live in cold winter Canada

My heated seats chip got installed at the end of March. I'm still waiting on the chip for rear park assist.
